You'll be prompted to select whether you want to retrieve the UID or the EID in a new tab.
Whatever option you select, you must provide your full name, mobile number or email address that is recorded in the Aadhaar database, and the captcha code that appears.
Then you'd have to create an OTP or a TOPT.
Your registered mobile number will receive the OTP. If you have the TOPT, you can enter it instead.
Your information will be confirmed after the OTP is input, and the UID or EID number will be displayed.

You can download your lost Aadhaar card once you've found your lost UID and/or EID number online. You can also get a duplicate Aadhaar card by ordering a replica of your lost Aadhaar card online.
