Studies have found that
taking Ganoderma lucidum spore powder can help keep your liver healthy, too.
This is achieved by blocking the effects of D-galactosamine on the liver, which

powder, both total glucose and total cholesterol levels decreased by as much as
52.5%. As compared to clofibrate, this powder has a much stronger action power.
