Ghostmates: The Movie is a fantastic, thrilling, action packed ghost story. It's worth a watch just for the excellent blend of suspense and horror it contains. I always enjoy Ghostmates, the earlier versions were even better, but this one definitely takes the crown. There are many movies out there that try to do what a Ghostmates does, but few have the good writing, amazing cinematography, and excellent acting.

A year or two ago I heard about this movie and the attached merchandising. The movie is based on a real case from Florida where a young woman went missing. Her spirit was believed to be trapped inside a doll. Several weeks later she was found, and now, her ghost appears to feed on her. This movie is definitely worth a look.

Another movie that is worth a watch is Haunted Castle. If you like the Twilight movies, or the Saw series you'll love this movie. Jack Burton directs this, and it is so much fun to watch him go through all of his classic haunted house scenes. The film itself is very short, but just when you think it's over it starts right back up. It's one of those horror flicks that will stay with you long after you've put the DVD in the player. The story is just enough to get your blood boiling, but it's not over bearing.

While we were waiting for the movies to come out, I got to watch a little bit of Halloween Haunt. This movie stars Morgan Freeman, and it's about a group of youngsters that rent a haunted house to have scaring fun throughout the night. The movie is very fun, and features many memorable characters.

Now, we have Ghostmates. This movie is right on the edge of being a cult classic. It's very fun to watch. Wes Craven directed this, and stars Jacob Lofland, and Jennifer Aniston as the three young lovers. The movie itself is very disturbing, but there's so many great parts that I didn't even want to end the movie. There are so many great things that make this movie great, that you probably will be talking about it long after the movie is over.

If you love horror movies, and happen to like the Ghostmates and the new movies from Wes Craven, you should really check out some of them. These are only a few of the many great movies he's produced. You should also try Necessary People. There are many other great horror films he's made. Check them out if you are able, because there's something for everyone.
