As you can see i will come to that in just a moment these are upsells and I will and i will show you what these are in just a moment but let’s first create a presentation from square so we can see how it works so as you can see the first picture you can see is that there is a lot of templates and they all look very professional late and clean and by the way these templates are much better than the native templates of a powerpoint or keynote or even google slides and if you want to create these kind of slides you will need to hire a designer and they will charge 6200
Uh per slide desk so as you can see these are all neat and clean and you can you can also categorize them based on your niche so whatever niche you are in you will find a slide that gets optimized for your industry so and you can also view them before you start using this slide so for example let me just view this one big bad boss pretty funny name and you can just uh preview it right there just click on right arrow here on my keyboard i’m just it’s not too good of a deck in my opinion it’s pretty basic so let’s choose this one online sales tips and once you click on there you can choose a folder where you can store where you will store this presentation you can name it and click on create and after you click on create
You will come over to Prezentar launch pad where you will design all the slides for this step and once you are designed you will obviously be ready to publish it to the world and will walk you through right now let’s wait for it to load and yes once you are inside the design launch pad you can just drag and drop your way to customize the slides based upon your own unique stuff you can just and by the way uh the easiest thing to remember is that these are all elements and if you click on any of these element for seven i just click on this image element and all of these uh left bar are the options that you can use on this element so for example if i click
This one this element for online sales as you can see that this is highlighted now and all of these options are going to be applicable on this one so let me just uh make it bold as you can see i just made bold and I can apply all of these functionalities to this element so i can do whatever i want i can change the image i can even add a new element new text new image subheading so if i want i can just use a new sub heading below this one I can add audio i can add media
There’s a lot of built-in image oh sorry yes there’s a lot of built-in gallery this is the music one and what i want to show right now is the audio part because you will need an audio for your presentation you can either add a full audio right there or uh you only use the option as they said if your animation is ready but if you are doing the presentation slide by slide you are creating the slider side what you can do is come over to the specific site for example i will come over to the second slide and if I want some audio on this slide i will
Just click on add media add media click on record and i will just record the voice and it will appear on slide number two so let me just record something this is a sample audio for slide number two and that’s it this uh this will be added on slide number two and this way you can add audio on each slide and you can just keep moving forward side by side until you are finished with your presentation and yes and once you are done with all the changes you are happy with all the changes
What you can do is you can come over to the settings button and you can add your own logo you can choose your own font and background image and you can add a background music as well you can either preview them first and if you like it you can just use them you can choose slide transitions so after you are done with all these generic settings for your webinars for your sales for your presentation slide you can just click on apply for example prepaid out in zoom in apply and
You are done basically and you can then download it from this button here quickly you can use this one to share and let it load for a second I think it’s taking some time so you can share it here you can share from uh from within the app to any social media platform right and you can also download it as video as pdf or as an html and yes it’s all there and once you want to preview it you can also preview this uh finish presentation before you download it or share it for example let me
Preview it and you will find that on slide number two there will be an audio as well so let’s let’s start it this is a sample audio for slide number two and when you create and fade out the transition i selected as you can see that this is just rolling out so once you are happy with the finishes changes sorry you can just click download and also you can just click on this back button and it will exit and you can just save it as it and you can come back later to edit as well if you want
