There are tons of new cameos in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, with potentially hundreds of variants appearing in the dimension populated by Spider-Men. While there are too many Spider-Men to list, there are some highlights. Werewolf Spider-Man from Marvel Zombies vs. Army of Darkness can be seen in the shot. A Spider-Man with a paper bag over his head appears, referencing his Fantastic Four suit from the comics — although he is wearing a regular red suit in the trailer. A Spider-Man wearing what looks like a Future Foundations suit can also be seen.
The most important of these cameos, though, come early in the trailer's shot of the Spider-Man universe. Spider-Man from the PS4 video game and what looks like Spidey in his Spider-Man: Far From Home suit can be seen walking side-by-side as the shot begins to zoom out. Both of these are major characters, making their appearances notable in their own right. However, many rumors about Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse have said that those two variants will appear alongside Tobey Maguire's and Andrew Garfield's Spider-Mans, meaning these cameos have some major significance.
